Scotia is designed to be installed around the perimeter of the covered area of flooring, to cover the recommended expansion gap for the boards to be able to expand and contract ( see manufacturer's guidelines ).Fixing scotia after your flooring installation is completed with builders adhesive and/or a brad nailer. (We have a ride range of colours and colour match the scotia as close as we can to the flooring that you order.)
